Douyu Company said it had fulfilled its reasonable obligation to supervise and prompt. The Beijing Internet Court found that the plaintiff enjoyed the right to information network dissemination of the recording products of the song involved, and the defendant’s above-mentioned actions constituted infringement. Finally, the Beijing Internet Court ruled that the defendant immediately stopped the infringement and compensated the plaintiff for economic losses of 1,000 yuan.
