On the 11th, Qingdao Natural Resources and Planning Bureau released the latest "Pre-approval Publicity of Commercial Building Construction Project Design Scheme of plot LC0201-43 in Licang District". The project is located in the north of Heilongjiang Middle Road and west of Ganquan Road in Licang District, and Qingdao Haijing Hengchuang Real Estate Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction.
According to the planning, the west side of the project is the residential area under construction-Yungu Jinmaofu, the north side is the commercial office land under construction, the southeast side is Chengjiaojia Road, and the east side is Haier Road Station of Metro Line 3. The total land area is about 2.88 hectares, including the existing commercial building (with a total construction area of 29,652.87 square meters) and a proposed commercial building. The proposed commercial building has five floors above ground (six floors locally) and three floors underground, with a total construction area of about 107,300 square meters, including 61,100 square meters above ground and 46,200 square meters underground. The design scheme of the proposed commercial building construction project was announced this time.
