It’s the annual Consumer Rights Day on March 15th. The theme of Consumer Rights Protection Year in 2022 is to promote consumer equity together. In 2022, China Consumers Association and the National Consumers Association will focus on the following work.

(3) Carry out consumer supervision activities in the field of people’s livelihood around new energy vehicles, online games, off-campus training, elderly consumption, underage consumption, disabled consumption, rural consumption, personal information protection, prepaid consumption, public service consumption and other fields, carry out comments on unfair contract format terms, improve the monitoring, analysis, disposal and feedback mechanism of consumer public opinion normalization and the action guide to improve urban consumer satisfaction, so as to enhance the efficiency of consumer supervision.
